Long before the wrecking ball swings for the first time, TRICOR crews have been at work stripping fixtures, capping and re-routing utilities and special gas, fluid, electrical/electronic or telecommunications feed lines, and dealing with asbestos and other hazardous materials abatement.

In sequence we can see the old building being gutted and the fascia removed. Once that is completed the structural demolition can begin.

Structural demolition begins. This project was accomplished without any collateral damage even though the building was immediately adjacent and previously connected to one active structure and shared a tiny twenty-five foot wide courtyard with other important medical facilities that had to remain in operation during the demolition.

The project completed while fully maintaining the function and occupancy of adjacent buildings.
